General questions

For iOS games iOS 4.2 (or later) is required. For Android apps - OS Android 2.2 and up.

If you can’t hear the game sound, please:

  • check your device Ring/Silent switch (upper left corner of iPhone, upper right corner of iPad).
  • Try turning up the volume using volume button.
  • check the app music note icon (upper left corner of the screen) – if silent mode is on, the icon is crossed.

Delete the application from your device. Press down on the icon until all your icons start shaking. An X should appear on the top corner of the icon. Press the X, and you will be prompted to delete.
Re-download the application with the same iTunes login, and you will not have to purchase it again. See:http://support.apple.com/kb/HT2519.

Purchase questions

Lite version is a limited version (with a few categories/levels open) of the app that allows you to try it out before buying a full version through in-app purchase.

To unlock the full game (to open all categories/levels of the app) you should buy it through in-app purchase. Here is a simple manual for iOS and Android.

You can re-download the app for free. Please follow these steps: delete the app, restart the device, download the app again, click 'Buy the full version' in the app. Please make sure you are using the same iTunes account as before. The market will recognise that you have already paid for the application. If that doesn't work, please fill in the support form below and we'll get back to you.

Specific questions

Our apps have an option of changing the app interface language  and choosing the language you want to learn.
App menu language will be the same as your device language is by default (that’s what you choose in your smartphone/tablet settings). For changing the language you are willing to study, please select the one you need in the app menu.
